Andrew Mullins has considerable experience operating in the Philippines where he has been involved in multiple transactions in the Energy and Mining sectors. He was a key figure in the reorganisation of shares of Forum and admission of the Company to AIM in 2005 when he was appointed Executive Vice President of the Company. In 2007 he was appointed Company Secretary and since 2008 has been an Executive Director of the Company.
Mr Mullins is also an Executive Director of NASDAQ quoted, FEC Resources, Inc., (Vice President 2003 – 2005, Executive Director 2009 – Present). FEC is a 51% held subsidiary of Philex Mining Corporation, Forum’s major shareholder.
Andrew holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from University College London (2001) and he is also the CEO of PhiGold Plc and PhiGold Mining Limited.
