Barry Stansfield is an independent director with a broad business experience spanning over 30 years. He was co-owner and managing director of Stansfield Lake, a London based marketing company until the Company was acquired by Communicator Plc.
Currently he is Chairman of FEC Resources, recently renamed from Forum Energy Corporation, and has been an independent director with them since April 2003. He is also a partner in a private property investment company based in southern England.
