The Company is pleased to announce that at its AGM, held on Friday 30th June, all resolutions were passed. The Company is also pleased to announce, following the AGM, the appointment of Oscar de Venecia as non-executive director of Forum.
Oscar is currently Chairman of Basic Consolidated, Inc. (“Basic”), a company listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange, and a member of the consortium which discovered oil in the Nido and Matinloc fields in N.W. Palawan. Oscar has spent over 30 years with Basic in a number of roles, including President and Chief Executive Officer and is also past Chairman and President and now Senior Advisor to the Petroleum Association of the Philippines.
