Following the appointment of Oscar de Venecia as non-executive director, on 24 July 2006 the Board granted options over 54,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company, at an exercise price of 68p per ordinary share. The options were granted under the Forum Energy Share Option Plan (“the Plan”). The options will be exercisable from 24 July 2008 and will lapse on 24 July 2016. The options are exercisable earlier in certain circumstances, as set out in the Rules of the Plan.
