The Board of Forum Energy notes the press reports in Manila today and wishes to clarify that the Company has yet to approve a Work Programme in respect to its commitments under the first sub-phase of SC72 and will disclose details of the Work Programme in due course, subject to the approval of the Department of Energy of the Republic of the Philippines.
