Forum Energy was informed on 3 October 2011 that Atok-Big Wedge Co., Inc. had on the same day acquired a 100% of the issued share capital of Tidemark Holdings Limited, a company which holds 8,646,757 ordinary shares in Forum Energy, representing 25.9% of the issue share capital of the Company.   

Atok-Big Wedge Co,. Inc is owned as to 75.84% by Boerstar Corporation, which in turn is controlled as to 85% by Mr Bobby Ongpin, a director of Forum Energy.
