Forum Energy (AIM: FEP), the AIM-listed oil gas, and coal exploration and production company focused in the Philippines, today announces the resignation of Oscar de Venecia from the Company’s Board of Directors.

Oscar de Venecia, who joined the Company following its acquisition of Basic Petroleum and Minerals Inc, has served the company as a Non-executive Director and will now pursue other interests within the oil and gas industry.
