Grant of options
On 27 November 2007 the Board of Forum granted options over a total of 650,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equating to 2.26% of the issued share capital of the Company, to Directors, employees and consultants to the Company. These options are being granted pursuant to the Forum Energy Share Option Plan (the “Plan”) and Sub-Plans as appropriate.
These grants include awards over 340,000 shares to Directors of the Company pursuant to the Plan and Sub-Plans as detailed below:
