Grant of options
On 5 December 2006 the Board of Forum granted options over a total of 1,051,000 ordinary shares in the Company, equating to 3.68% of the issued share capital of the Company, to Directors and other employees of the Company. These options are being granted pursuant to the Forum Energy Share Option Plan (the “Plan”) and the Long Term Incentive Plan (the “LTIP”).
These grants include awards over 375,000 shares to Directors of the Company pursuant to the Plan as detailed below:
