On 8 September 2008, Forum Energy issued 60,000 ordinary shares of 10p each (“Ordinary Shares”) following the exercise of options in accordance with the Company’s Share Option Plan.

Application has been made for these Ordinary Shares, which have been issued and credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to AIM on 15 September 2008.

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury and the Company’s issued share capital is now 30,084,121 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Forum Energy under the FSA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
