The Company confirms that the Annual General Meeting will be held on 29 June 2011 at 6th Floor Ramon Cojuangco Building, Makati Avenue, Makati City, Philippines at 6pm Manila time and by via video conference link at the offices of Osborne Clarke, One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EB at 11am (GMT).   

Copies of the Company's 2010 Annual Report and Accounts together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting are being posted to shareholders today, and will be able to be downloaded from the Company's website shortly.
