The Company announces that Cameron Pearce has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer for personal reasons and will leave the Company immediately.

David Thompson, the previous Chief Financial Officer of Forum, who has been assisting the Company in the preparation of its financials, will continue to work for the Company on a consulting basis until a new Chief Financial Officer is appointed.
