The total number of ordinary shares of 10p of Forum in issue as at the date of this notice is 28,711,709. There are no shares held in treasury and so the total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 28,711,709.

The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or change to their interest, in Forum, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
