Following the exercise of options as announced on 26 May 2010, the issued share capital of Forum Energy is now 33,364,533 Ordinary Shares.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Forum Energy under the FSA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
